Shipping Policy

All of our products are printed, embroidered, and packaged in house. As such, processing and fulfillment make take 2-3 weeks. Our overall turnaround time for orders will be roughly around 2-4 weeks, but we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as we can!

Currently shipping only in the United States.

Holiday Season begins October so shipping rates may be slightly higher and there may be a delay in shipping. We will be doing our best to keep the cost low for everyone. 

Free shipping on orders over (Refer to Notice).

We offer local pick up at Sugoi Stuff Collectibles.

"Sugoi Stuff Collectibles," located in Garden Grove is the only available location for pickup. The front of the store is manage by our friends. When your order is ready we will send an email to notify you. Please wait for email confirmation before coming to physical location to ensure that your item is ready. Also, please have proof of email confirmation at hand to show the front staff.
